Moon earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Leisure Management in 2005. After working for several years, she decided to pursue her dream of studying physiotherapy. In 2014, Moon became a registered physiotherapist, working in nursing homes, later in elderly day care centers, and private hospitals. She has treated various musculoskeletal disorders, pain management, and post-operative rehabilitation, such as total knee replacement surgery, total hip replacement surgery, achilles tendon repair surgery, meniscus repair, shoulder rotator cuff repair, and scoliosis surgery etc. She also has extensive experience teaching prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor muscle training classes.
Moon is particularly passionate about using Clinical Pilates to manage chronic and subchronic pain, sports injuries, and prevent degeneration. She is also dedicated to helping patients manage scoliosis, stroke and helping atheletes to enhance exercise performance in their comeptitions, hoping to further improve their functional performance and structural alignment through manual techniques and various exercise training methods (such as clinical Pilates and spiral stability training).
